as for why zero didnt took her hand & run away back then is because:
1.eternity is an issue to zero.
2.you know kaname's personality, he is very obsessed with yuuki & he will do whatever it takes to finish anyone who
threatens his "spending the eternity with yuuki" plan xD
3.yuuki told zero that she desires her onii-sama'a blood to his face, even though she didnt mean what she said & she
knows very well what kaname might do to zero if she decides to choose him.
4. lastly zero hates pureblood vampires & now since the girl he loved turned out to be one of them he cant really be
with her but even so he cant completely hate her cause his love for her is far stronger than his hate for purebloods
